磺化琥珀酸化改性羊毛脂皮革加脂剂的制备及性能

摘    要:首先将羊毛脂与单乙醇胺反应得到酰胺化羊毛脂,再与马来酸酐反应得到单酯,然后与亚硫酸钠进行磺化反应得到磺化琥珀酸化改性羊毛脂加脂剂.酰胺化反应的优化条件为:温度125℃,时间3h,催化剂甲醇钠用量0.3%(基于羊毛脂的质量分数);单酯化反应的优化条件为:酰胺化羊毛脂与马来酸酐的摩尔比为1∶1.05,温度90℃,时间3h;磺化反应的优化条件为:单酯与亚硫酸钠的摩尔比为1∶1.05,温度80℃,时间2h.酰胺化羊毛脂羟值为119.07mg KOH·g^-1时,加脂革的油润感和柔软度最好.

Abstract:Based on lanolin, maleic anhydride, mono-ethanolamine and Na2SO3, sulfonated and succinated lanolin fatliquor could be produced. The method is as following: Firstly, amidated lanolin could be obtained by means of chemical reaction between lanolin and monoethanolamine; Secondly, monoester could be produced by means of chemical reaction between amidated lanolin and maleic anhydride; Lastly, by means of sulfonation reaction, sulfonated and succinated lanolin leather fatliquor could be obtained from the monoester and Na2SO3. The optimum reaction conditions between lanolin and monoethanolamine are: reaction temperature 125 ℃, reaction time 3 h and catalyst (NaOCH3) 0.3% (based on mass fraction of lanolin). The optimum reaction conditions between amidated lanolin and maleic anhydride are: 1:1.05 mole ratio of amidated lanolin to maleic anhydride, reaction temperature 90℃, reaction time 3 h. The optimum sulfonation reaction conditions are: 1:1.05 mole ratio of amidated lanolin maleic monoester to Na2SO3, reaction temperature 80℃ and reaction time 2 h. The acid resistant stability of the fatliquor is enhanced as the hydroxyl values of amidated lanolin increases. As the hydroxyl values of amidated lanolin is 119.07 mg KOH·g^-1, the fatliquoring leather has the best handle
