江苏种群橄榄蚶同工酶的生化遗传分析

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续垂直平板电泳技术对江苏种群橄榄蚶不同个体的苹果酸脱氢酶、苹果酸酶、醇脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、淀粉酶、酯酶、超氧化物歧化酶和细胞色素氧化酶8种同工酶进行分析,得到基本图谱,并对其进行了生化遗传分析.共记录了21个基因座位、38个等位基因,其中有11个基因座位(Me-1、Adh-2、Adh-3、Ldh-1、Ldh-2、Amy-1、Amy-2、Est-2、Sod-2、Cod-1和Cod-2)为多态,多态座位比例(P)为0.5238,该比例接近一般海产无脊椎动物的多态座位比例,表明江苏种群橄榄蚶具有一定的遗传变异能力.

Abstract:By means of the discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate, eight kinds of isoenzymes, including MDH (malate dehydrogenase), ME (malic enzyme), ADH (alcohol dehydrogenase), LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), AMY (amylase), EST (esterase), SOD (superoxide dismutase) and COD (Cytochrome c oxidase) from different Estellarca olivacea individuals in Jiangsu population were investigated. Biochemical genetic analysis was conducted according to acquired electrophorotogram. The results indicated that there were 38 alleles in 21 gene loci, 11 of which (Me-1, Adh-2, Adh-3, Ldh-1, Ldh-2, Amy-1, Amy-2, Est-2, Sod-2, Cod-1 and Cod-2) were polymorphic with P = 0.523 8. The polymorphism of Estellarca olivacea individuals in Jiangsu population is similar to those of marine invertebrates, and it represents ability for genetic variation for Estellarca olivacea.
