| 摘 要： | 运用协整与误差修正模型考察浙江财政支出的规模、结构及其经济效应．结果发现：浙江财政支出规模偏低；结构上，基本建设支出、支农支出和行政管理费用与GDP增长负相关；企业挖潜改造资金、科技三项费用和文教科卫事业费与GDP增长正相关．

| Abstract: | Based on co-integration and error correction model （ECM）, the fiscal expenditure＇s scale and structure of Zhejiang and their economic effects were studied. The results showed that the scale of the fiscal expenditure is relatively low. The regression showed that： the capital construction expenditure, expenditure for supporting agriculture, and expense of administration are negatively correlated to GDP growth; and the fund for potentiality exploration and technical innovation of enterprise, three types of expenditure in science and technology, and expenditure of culture, education, science and public health are positively correlated to GDP growth. |
