摘    要:教学质量监控、评价是高职高专学校教学管理的重要环节之一,它直接影响着学校教学管理水平和教学质量,全面体现学校对教学工作的导向作用.要提高教学质量和人才培养质量,必须建立科学的教学质量监控、评价体系.而构建科学的教学质量监控、评价体系,首先必须全方位地界定教学质量监控、评价的主体与客体.

Abstract:Teaching quality monitoring and evaluating plays a very important role in higher vocational and technical teaching administration,which has a direct effect on teaching administration and teaching quality,and which is a complete embodiment of the orientation of school teaching. In order to improve the teaching quality and the talent - training quality,a scientific teaching quality monitoring and evaluating system is to be established. And in order to establish a scientific teaching quality monitoring and evaluating system,an omnidirectional definition should be drawn to the subject and object of the omnidirectional teaching monitoring and evaluating system.
