运动人体科学专业人才培养的实践与思考

摘    要:结合上海体育学院开办运动人体科学专业的多年实践经验,认为:提高运动人体科学专业办学水平及质量,保持学科优势,应坚持重内涵建设,创专业特色,同步发展“三个课堂”。具体应做到:不断深化教学改革,提高“第一课堂”教学质量;推进“第二课堂”教学,培养学生创新能力;抓好“第三课堂”教学,培育学生创业能力。

Abstract:Combined with the multiyear practice and experience of starting the exercise human science major in Shanghai University of Sport,it holds that it should persist in laying stress on the construction of connotation,creating specialized distinctive feature and synchronous development of "three classrooms" to improve the level and quality of running the exercise human science major and maintain discipline advantage.And concretely the following work ought to be done well: continuously deepen the reform of teaching and improve the teaching quality of "the first classroom";carry forward the teaching of "the second classroom", so as to foster students' innovative ability;pay special attention to the teaching of "the third classroom" in order to cultivate students' pioneering ability.
