| 摘 要： | 按劳动要素分配是社会主义性质的分配制度。社会主义劳动者是自身劳动力的所有者。按劳动要素分配的实质是按劳动力所有权分配。劳动要素参与剩余产品的分配是按劳动要素分配的实质。探索按劳动要素分配的实现形式。

| Abstract: | The distribute system on contribution of labor's faor is a socialism community institution. Labor of socialism community is owners of themselves' labor property. Distribution by labor faor means distributed by labor's ownership. The owner of labor Property Right should participates in the residual produion. The realization format of distribution by labor faor is being found out. |
