| 摘 要： | 自从霍桑试验发现非正式群体的存在及其对工作绩效的重要影响后，对非正式群体的研究成为了现代管理中一个重要的方面，我国现阶段的经济处于急剧变动时期，企业发展面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战，本以此为背景探讨我国企业非正式群体的特点和作用，认为非正式群体在我国当前经济改革和经济发展中的基本作用是积极的，并且能对改革事业产生推动和保护的作用，但也存在消极甚至破坏的可能，因而对非正式群体必须以一种积极的态度来对待和管理，以达以消除破坏、转变消极、鼓励积极的管理目的。

| Abstract: | Ever since Hawthorn's experiment of the discovery of the existence and efficiency of informal groups, the study of them has become a major branch in modern management. At present ,the economyof our country is in face of redical chang, and many businesses are confronted with unprecendented challenges and opportunities. Under these circumstances, this paper aims to probe into the features and functions of the informal groups of businesses in China. The author believes that the informal groups can function as a productive and protective force in the cause of reform. They may also resultin negative ,or destructive consequences .Therefore, we need to take an active view in the treatment and mangement of the informal groups so as to fulfil the purposes of eliminating their destructive possibilities, transforming their negative effects and culitivating their positive consequences to benefit us all. |
