| Abstract: | Personal file is an important resource in hospital. And it is also an important factor for hospital management. Personal file is an comprehensive record which can reflect leaders＇ history, virtue, ability, diligence and achievement. Meanwhile, it is the staffs history record, qualification proof, career record and so on. Personal file is the information resource and basis for decision ：cal：ing for human resource management. With the technology fast development, it is significant to strengthen personal file mod- ermzation management, to enhance the file＇s value, to do better for the business of hospital. |
