| 摘 要： | 我国社会保障制度要适应当前社会主义市场经济的需要 ,应该从加强社会保障的社会化进程 ,建立新型社会保障体系 ,建立合理的社会保险基金筹资模式 ,建立统一有效的社会保险管理机构 ,社会保障范围水平与经济发展阶段相适应 ,处理公平和效率等六个方面来深化社会保障制度改革。

| Abstract: | The social indemnification system inour country should meet the present need of socialism market elonomy.In this considiration,this paper has mainly elaborated the deepening of the reform in the social indomnification system from six aspeits as follons:to enhance the socialization of the indemnification,to establish a new scial indemnification system,to set up a reasonable model for raising social indownification fund,to form a combined and efficient manngement organizations of the social indemnification,to adjust the level of the social indemnification range to the process of the eeonomic developmont,to be fair and efficient eto. |
