| 摘 要： | 行政文化是国家行政人员和社会公众对政府及其行为的意识、思维方式、价值观、态度等，内容包括政府公务人员和社会大众的行政意识、行政思维、行政价值观及行政态度和对行政的评价等价值取向的东西。从某种意义上决定着一个国家行政管理发展的方向，所以做好政府的知识管理是至关重要的。本文对政府知识管理现状进行了分析，并从知识管理的策略、管理方式、管理手段进行了论述。
