农村职校“双师型”英语教师培养调查报告

摘    要:"双师型"教师队伍建设已成为职校发展的热点,农村职校的英语教师的"双师型"队伍建设也是职校的软件设施的重点。文章就农村职校的"双师型"英语教师建设进行了调查,结果显示:农村职校的英语教师的"双师型"建设还没有全面开展,甚至很多教师不知道"双师型"的内涵。究其原因有多方面,英语是语言类的课程,没有一个标准能符合英语教师"双师型"要求。其次是学校的重视程度、学校的定位不准也导致了英语教师"双师型"发展的停滞。教师应自觉自愿主动加强自身的"双师型"发展,学校和政府也应该加大关心力度,并调整"双师型"的检查标准,这样农村职校英语教师的"双师型"教师队伍的建设才能正常开展。

Abstract:Cultivation of double - quality teachers has become a key to the development of vocational schools and it is also the point of software facility construction. The survey shows that cultivation of double -quality English teachers in rural vocational schools has not been fully carried out, even a number of teachers do not know its meaning. There are a lot of reasons, one of which is that no regulation can meet the requirement for double - quality English teachers as English is a language course. Besides, the school's lack of importance to it and improper positioning leads to the stagnation of the development. Teachers should voluntarily strengthen their own development of double- quality, and the govemment and schools should attach more attention to it, and adjust the examination standards, therefore, the construction of double - quality English teachers in rural vocational schools can be normally developed.
