| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的来临，知识管理已日益受到人们的重视。本文论述了知识、知识管理的基本含义，分析了知识管理的两个基本要素即知识创新和知识共享，阐述了知识管理的基本手段，最后提出了知识管理的体系框架。

| Abstract: | With the knowledge economy coming, knowledge management becomes more and more important. In this paper, firstly the definitions of knowledge and knowledge management are given. Secondly the main elements of knowledge management, such as knowledge innovation and knowledge share, are analyzed in detail. Thirdly the basic measurements of knowledge management are suggested. Finally the systemic framework of knowledge management is developed. |
