| 摘 要： | 大学行政化是当下我国大学诸种乱象的重要诱因,其成因既涉及高度集权的高等教育行政与大学管理体制及科层制管理模式等制度与管理层面,也牵涉国家意识层面对大学本质与功能认知的偏差,以及官本位思想浓厚、大学文化缺失等文化心理因素.相应地,要根治大学行政化之弊,须以系统论的观点为指导,从多学科的视野出发,建构良性的思想文化与制度体系.
