| 摘 要： | 在以培养高素质劳动者、发展科技创新、促进国家和区域社会发展为目标的大背景下,从就业能力、科研能力、培训能力三个方面评价区域高等职业院校服务社会发展的能力。基于2019年高等职业教育质量年度报告中的“服务贡献表”数据,应用熵权TOPSIS法对15个副省级城市高等职业院校社会服务绩效进行测算。通过横向对比和经验借鉴,区域高职院校应着眼于地方产业发展方向,立足产业办专业;集中优势资源实现科技创新,提升科研项目的管理和成果转化能力;积极为本地企事业单位开展特色培训。

| Abstract: | Under the background of regarding the training of high-quality laborers,the development of scientific and technological innovation,and the promotion of national and regional social development as the target,this article aims to evaluate the ability to serve social development of regional higher vocational colleges from three aspects of employment ability,scientific research ability,and training ability.Based on the data of“service contribution table”in 2019 Annual Report on Quality of Higher Vocational Education,the entropy-topsis method is applied to measure the social service performance of higher vocational colleges in 15 sub-provincial cities.Through horizontal comparison and good experience,regional higher vocational colleges should focus on the development direction of local industries and set up majors based on industries,concentrate superior resources to realize scientific and technological innovation and improve the transformation ability in management and achievements of scientific research projects,as well as actively provide the characteristic training for local enterprises and institutions. |
