摘    要:采用问卷调查和访谈研究方法,分析河南省洛阳市推进中等职业教育产教融合的现实情况,发现其存在政策供给滞后、政策供给质量不高、中等职业学校办学治理结构不完善、中等职业学校产教融合校企合作制度供给不足等问题。针对这些问题,洛阳市政府要加强统筹协调,尽快弥补政策供给滞后短板,切实提高产教融合和职业教育改革政策供给质量;中等职业学校应尽快完善办学治理结构,提升治理体系现代化水平;中等职业学校应尽快完善产教融合、校企合作制度体系,提升治理能力现代化水平;市级党委、政府应加强宣传引导,营造全社会支持职业教育发展的良好氛围。

Abstract:Using questionnaire and interview research methods,this paper analyzes the practical situation of the integration of industry and education in secondary vocational education in Luoyang City of Henan Province.It is found that there is problems,such as a policy supply lag,poor quality of policy supply,imperfect management structure of secondary vocational schools and insufficient supply of school-enterprise cooperation system.To solve the problems,it is necessary,for Luoyang government,to strengthen overall planning and coordination,make up for the policy supply lag,and effectively improve the quality of policy supply for industry-education integration and vocational education reform;for secondary vocational schools,to perfect the school-running management structure,and modernize their management system;for secondary vocational schools,to optimize the systems for the integration of industry and education and the schoolenterprise cooperation and improve the modernization level of governance capacity;for municipal party committee and government,to strengthen propaganda and guidance to create a good atmosphere for the whole society to support the development of vocational education.
