| 摘 要： | 当前,我国大力发展以制造业转型升级为核心的实体经济。新时代中等职业教育支撑实体经济发展和制造业转型升级的决定性要素之一是教师队伍建设水平。长期以来,中职学校教师队伍建设取得多方面成就,但面对制造业转型升级需求也存在明显不足。为此,必须突出中职学校教师队伍在中国特色新型工业化战略中的基础性、先导性和保障性地位,全方位推进中职学校专业教师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | At present,China is vigorously developing the real economy centered on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In the new era,one of the decisive factors supporting the development of real economy and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is the construction level of teachers of secondary vocational education.For a long time,the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools has made many achievements,but there are also obvious deficiencies in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is necessary to highlight the basic,guiding and supporting position of secondary vocational school teachers in the new industrialization strategy with Chinese characteristics,and promote the construction of secondary vocational school teachers in all aspects. |
