| 摘 要： | 随着素质教育的不断深入发展,时代对高校运动竞赛的改革与创新提出了新的发展定位.通过对高校运动竞赛现状的分析与调查,从改革趋势与创新理念入手,提出高校运动竞赛应全面贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想、实施素质教育、培养学生终身体育意识的改革建议.

| Abstract: | Along with the development of quality-oriented education,the time proposed a higher request to the education function of college sports,and put forward new orientation of reform and innovation of sports competition in universities and colleges.Based on the survey of state quo of college sports,referring to the new thoughts about reform and innovation,the author presented corresponding suggestions of implementation the guiding idea of " the health first",carrying out quality-oriented education,and cultivating the lifelong physical education consciousness of college students. |
