| 摘 要： | 科学选材一直以来是国家体育战略发展的关键环节，也是一个国家竞技体育事业兴衰的晴雨表。我国历来对运动员科学选材工作相当重视，也取得了一定成果。然而，近年来随着竞技运动激烈程度的不断提高，运动员淘汰率高，成材率低的现象屡见不鲜，本文针对这些问题，从理论和实践两个角度分析了出现这样矛盾的原因并提出了相关的建议。

| Abstract: | Scientific talent identification of athlete is the key point of national strategic sports development and also the barometer of competitive sport. China always puts emphasis on selection of talented sportsmen and gains certain fruits. However, in recent years, with increasingly competitiveness in the field of competitive sports, the phenomenon of high rate of selection as well as low rate of becoming competitive athletes become common occurrence. From the perspective of theory and practice, this paper analyzes the orthodox of existing in the field and puts forward the countermeasures accordingly. |
