| 摘 要： | 在指出普通高校成人教育的不足的基础上,分析了普通高校成人教育管理必须遵循的八项基本原则:即方向性原则、针对性原则,创新性原则、开放性原则、特色性原则、规范性原则、效益性原则、人文性原则等。根据这些原则,我们从规章制度、师资队伍、教学管理等三个方面提出了具体措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the shortcoming of the adult education in the colleges and universities, this paper analysis the adult education management must follow eight principles which are orientation principle, pertinence principle, innovation principle, open principle, particularity principle, regularization principle, benefit principle and humane principle. From the aspect of the rules and regulations, teacher troops and teaching management we put forward the concrete measures. |
