| Abstract: | The moral character, value orientation and professional ethics of teachers in colleges and universities have direct influence on both the quality standard of the students and the quality of the higher education. Accordingly, in order to put the quality education into practice, strengthening the teacher ethics construction, setting up an effective education system of teacher ethics, normalizing the behavior of the teachers, impelling the teachers to love their post and to impart knowledge and cultivate people are urgent affairs. |
