| 摘 要： | 以沈阳四星级以上的酒店为对象，对20家酒店附近居民作抽样调查，从经济、社会文化和环境三方面对沈阳居民酒店影响感知进行研究，建立了评价指标体系，并通过层次分析法确定各指标权重，运用模糊数学法进行感知评价。

| Abstract: | The perception of Shenyang residents on hotel effection is studied from the influences of economy, social culture as well as environment and the evaluating index system is built. The index changing is determined through the level analysis and the perception evaluation is implemented through fuzzy mathematics. More than four-star hotels in Shenyang are the study samples and residents near 20 hotels are chosen as the sample survey, an emprical study of perception of Shenyang residents on hotel effeetion is carried out. |
