| 摘 要： | 技能大赛促进了高职教育的发展，不仅从理念上对高职教育进行了革新，在教学方式、校企合作方面均产生了较大的影响，然而，由于短期效应的原因，也带来了一系列的负面作用，通过对技能大赛对高职教育带来的正面和负面影响进行综合分析，能够发挥技能大赛的长处，避免其不利影响，进而根据实际需要，研究相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The skills competition promotes the development of higher vocational education,which not only innovate the ideas of vocational education,but also have great effect on the teaching methods and school-enterprise cooperation.However,it also has brought a series of negative effects due to short-term effect.This paper comprehensively analyzes the positive and negative effect of the skills competition, which can avoid the adverse effects,and concludes that the corresponding countermeasures are necessary according to the actual need. |
