| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the problems of scientific research management in agricultural colleges and universities, the improvement way and suggestion of agricultural scientific research managemeni is given to promote the teaching and serve the society. These suggestions are given from strengthening the standardization of agricultural colleges and universities, establishing reasonable performance appraisal system, etc., according to govemment＇ s consideration and investment in agricultural research. |
