| 摘 要： | 笔者对CUBA发展中存在的问题进行了研究,结果表明:CUBA产业化、商业化运作模式与我国高等教育公益性的办学目标相悖,高等院校在CUBA管理和运行中未起到主体性作用。要实现高校篮球运动的可持续发展,必须充分发挥高等院校的主体性作用,对CUBA管理制度进行深入的改革,CUBA应恢复为非盈利性的社会公益组织,逐步建立起一个与我国高等教育相适应的大学篮球联赛。

| Abstract: | This essay researches on problem and contradiction existing in CUBA developing process. Result shows: Industrialized run mode of CUBA is conflict to commonweal objective of higher education, universities and colleges don't exert leading action in management and operation of CUBA. The essay suggests we strengthen the leading action of universities and colleges and reform profoundly on management system of CUBA , resume commonweal character organization of CUBA and Constitute step by step a university basketball association compliant to domestic higher education. |
