| 摘 要： | 党的群众路线符合辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观和方法论,具有科学的哲学基础和理论依据,是我们党的生命线和根本工作路线.开放大学建设是一个过程,需要多方面支撑.从政治高度看,群众路线为开放大学建设提供方向保证、力量源泉和领导方法,是建设开放大学的重要保障.在开放大学系统深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,认真落实党的群众路线,进一步把学生的中心地位和教师的主体地位落到实处,具有深远意义.

| Abstract: | Party＇s mass line conform dialectical materialism and historical materialism world outlook and methodology, with the philosophy of science and theoretical basis is the lifeblood of our party and the basic line of work. Open University building is a process that requires a multifaceted support. From the political point of view, the mass line construction to provide direction for the Open University guaranteed source of strength and leadership methods, is an important guarantee for building an open university. At the Open University system carry out the Party＇s mass line educational practice, conscientiously implement the Party＇s mass line, and further the students and teachers of the center of the dominant position of letter, has far-reaching significance. |
