| 摘 要： | 高校工会是高校的基层组织,高校工会工作是高校整个工作的重要组成部分.做好高校工会工作是建设基层民主政治、推进高校和谐发展的重要途径.当前新形势下,高校工会工作面临新机遇新挑战,呈现新特点,高校工会工作干部要解放思想,开拓思路,践行群众路线,走入群众视野,走到群众身边,走入群众心田,以新方法新举措和长效机制推动高校工会工作可持续发展.

| Abstract: | In the current new situation, college labour unions face new challenges and new opportunities and show new characteristics. Labour union cadres should emancipate their mind, broaden their ways of thinking, abide by the mass line, get close to the mass, and promote a sustainable development of the labour union by adopting new measures, new methods and long-term mechanism. |
