| 摘 要： | 在初中英语教学过程中,由于学生的学习兴趣、策略、动机、主动性、自主性等多方面因素,学生的成绩不知不觉地形成了“两极分化”的现象。其中学习困难的学生常被冷落,没有得到最大程度地发展。
