摘    要:在初中英语教学过程中,由于学生的学习兴趣、策略、动机、主动性、自主性等多方面因素,学生的成绩不知不觉地形成了“两极分化”的现象。其中学习困难的学生常被冷落,没有得到最大程度地发展。

Abstract:In the course of English teaching,as a result of the students' interest,strategy,motive,activeness,independence,etc,many factors,such as the achievements of the students imper-ceptibly become the phenomenon of "division into two opposing extremes".Among them,those who are difficult in study are often sudjected to treat coldly,do not get the biggest degree development.
