| 摘 要： | 实验室是教学和科研的重要基地，是衡量学校办学水平的重要标志之一，对搞好专业建设、提高教学质量和开展科研工作起着举足轻重的作用。但传统的实验室建设和发展模式存在许多弊端，该文通过对实验室现状的分析，对建立一支高素质的实验技术人员队伍等方面的问题进行探讨，以适应学校教学和科研事业迅速发展的需要。
