认知行为治疗大学生睡眠障碍的分析报告

摘    要:运用理性情绪疗法、睡眠控制训练和放松训练对一大学生失眠患(男性,21岁)进行治疗。通过一个疗程(半年,每周一次)的咨询治疗,效果显,患不但在认知层面上矫正了不良的睡眠理念,而且睡眠行为发生了根本的改变,恢复了正常的睡眠状态,相伴随的负性情绪基本消失。随访观察显示患睡眠情况正常,情绪平稳,疗效巩固。因此,对于药物治疗无效或效果欠佳的失眠,认知行为治疗不失为一种有效治愈失眠的方法。

Psychological Therapy to a Patient with Insomnia

Abstract:This student who suffered from Insomnia was treated by "Rational Emotional Therapy","sleep behavioral training"and "relaxation therapy". The study showed obvious therapeutic effect: after treatment with these therapies, irrational cognition on sleep of the patinet was changed into rational cognition, which the sleep was to be got right, and the negative emotion was disappearance. Follow-up visiting showed that the patinet remained stable and well. So, the treatment of rational emotional therapy combined behavioral therapy was good way to the patient with Insomnia.
