| 摘 要： | 为提高校长培训质量,应通过校长培训机构的资质认定和准入制度,建立不同级别、开放、多元的校长培训专业机构体系。采用市场机制,促进竞争,优化培训资源,建立各具特色、高效的校长培训专业机构体系。加强管理,定期评估,保障合格的校长培训专业机构体系。
