| 摘 要： | 法律盲点是指由于法律自身的功能以及人的认识的限制,导致现实生活中出现了某些看似应当由法律调整但法律又不能或不便调整的社会关系领域.目前,体育公平竞争精神日益受到破坏和侵蚀,体育犯罪问题日益呈现严重化、多样化、国际化的趋势.面对这种现状.其原因在于体育法律调整范围的有限性和人们认识能力的限制;体育犯罪惩治机制存在法律盲区.为此,我们应当完善体育立法规定,改革我国竞技体育管理体制和运行机制,完善体育法规之间的相互协调和配套,加强司法介入,完善刑侦手段和办法,严格执法,并提高体育从业者的法律素质.
