| 摘 要： | 党政“一把手”在班子中处于关键地位,责任重大。加强对党政“一把手”的监督,不仅是当前加强领导班子建设的迫切需要,而且是巩固党的执政地位的内在要求和当前反腐败工作的重点和难点。因此在分析对“一把手”监督弱化的原因的基础上,如何按照《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》的要求,提出强化对“一把手”监督的对策,是我们当前亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The first in command of the Party Committee or the administrative units at different levels occupies the most important position in the leading group and shoulders great responsibility as well. His quality and image directly affects his popularity among the staff members and the cause of the department or unit. Strengthening his supervision is not only the immediate demand for the construction of the leading group- but also the internal requirement for the consolidation of the ruling of the Party as well as the key and knot of the present anti-corruption. Therefore- it demands prompt solution how to propose the countermeasures for strengthening the supervision of the first in command based on the analysis of the causes for the weakening of the supervision of the first in command according to the requirements of the Party Supervision Regulations. |
