| Abstract: | This thesis makes a further analysis of whether the construction program should be treated as contract document, i.e. how the contractor should adopt a correct attitude towards an engineer's power concerning the construction program or how the contractor should completely and properly implement the duties according to the construction program. Therefore, the contractor can be instructed to understand and apply the provisions of construction program in a right way. |
