| 摘 要： | 细胞培养是生命科学和医学研究的重要技术平台,实验室开放对实验室的建设和管理提出了新的要求,因此,如何做好细胞培养实验室的开放管理,是值得思考的问题。论文就多年来细胞培养实验室的开放管理经验,探讨了实验室的硬件建设、师资力量的培养、规章制度的建设和完善、实验室准入登记制度以及生物安全等问题。

| Abstract: | Cell culture is an important technology platform in life science and medical research.The establishment and management of an open laboratory poses a new challenge for the staff in the laboratory.Based on the experience of opening management of the laboratory for years,this paper discussed the new pattern of open management in hardware construction,teaching staff training,rules and regulations establishment,acess registration,and biosafety etc. |
