| 摘 要： | 运动员选材的关键就是对运动员的未来作出预测判断,只有可靠的预测才能称得上科学的选材,依据运动选材学的理论基础,对影响运动员竞技能力的各种性状进行量化,运用统计学原理发现各种性状间的稳定规律性,又因遗传基因的多效性,从而发现各种性状间的相关性,进而可以推测出其他性状的潜在能力。运动选材预测的方法多种多样,只有运用科学的选材方法并运用预测理论把运动员未来的潜在能力提前预测出来。

| Abstract: | The key for talent identification of athletes is to predict their future, and only a reliable prediction can be called scientific talent identification. According to the theories of athletic talent identification, this paper can quantify the influential characters on competitive ability of athletes; apply the statistics principle to discover the regularity of the characters, so as to find out the correlation of the characters and predict the potentials of the other characters. There are various methods of athletic talent identification, only the scientific methods and prediction theories can predict the potential of athletes. |
