| 摘 要： | 珠三角经济实力雄厚,具有优越的地理、交通和毗邻港澳等各方面的优势。与日本的经贸往来非常频繁,日本企业到广东投资设厂的越来越多,行业繁多,作为高职院校的商务日语专业,如何完善人才培养方案,制定教学计划,让学生综合素质得到提高,满足企业的需求,顺利就业。本文通过对我院商务日语专业的教学现状进行分析,从如何完善人才培养到课堂教学等改革进行探究。

| Abstract: | Pearl River Delta is economically well - developed,due to its advantages in neighboring Hong Kong and Macao,convenient transportation and geographical position. With the frequent contacts in economy between China and Japan,more and more Japanese enterprises,covering a variety of industries,are attracted to invest their money in building factories in Guangdong province,China. In this background,it is worth researching how the major of business Japanese in the vocational college can be bettered in its curriculum construction and its project for Japanese talents training in order to fulfill the needs of the Japanese enterprises,as well as the students＇needs to getting jobs when graduating with their enhanced quality. The article begins with the analysis on the present situation of the major of business Japanese in GITC （ Guangdong Industry Technical College） ,and aims to study the reform on the classroom teachings and Japanese talents trainings. |
