| Abstract: | Foreign merehant invested enterprises play a positive role in promoting the development of our national econolny. Hotvever, thele exist in d1e Plactice of 0guizing foreign merohant invested enterprises not a few problems which bring about some negative influence on the development of our national economy. To remve and avoid negative influence of foreign merehant invested enterprises, the strategy in absothing foreign investment must be changed. To begin with, we should strengthen the guidance in items of foreign investment; and strengthen the study and the exzmination of its feasibility; and perfeet the legislation on foreign merehant invested enterprises, and establish perfect mechanism of admmstration. |
