| 摘 要： | 作为家庭暴力主要形式的虐妻型家庭暴力严重危害妇女身心健康 ,侵犯妇女合法权益 ,破坏社会稳定和发展 ,已引起全社会的广泛关注。为了给予家庭暴力的受害者更全面、更具体、更适当的协助 ,以取得更好的社会效果 ,必须建立法律、社会、心理各层面的社会支持体系。
