| 摘 要： | 分析我国足球职业俱乐部后备人才培养现状与影响因素,其基本特点是行政力量推动的培养机制与足球的市场化脱节,高收费下的粗放经营方式成为隐患。必须在法制化的轨道上拓展俱乐部后备人才的培养途径,疏通教育渠道,优势互补。 |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed factors influencing cultivation of reserve forces for the Chinese (professional) football clubs and pointed out that due to the fact the cultivating mechanism was (enforced) by the government,the mechanism was separated from the marketing of football. The operating mode that charges high could cause problems. Therefore,the cultivating mode should be legalized. |
