| 摘 要： | 学校发展是符合社会发展主流方向的、积极向上的、目的在于促进全体学生全面发展的一种变革,是一个有计划、有目的并得到不断调控的、综合而系统的连续过程。学校发展过程包括诊断问题、分析学校发展力,制定学校发展规划,实施学校发展规划以及解决问题、实现学校发展目标等四个阶段,各阶段在学校发展过程中都具有不可替代的作用。
