| 摘 要： | 培养创新人才是高等教育的重要使命。创新人才可以分为应用型创新人才和理论型创新人才。培养大量应用型创新人才是提高高等教育质量的内在要求,培养应用型创新人才要求秉持学术自由的理念,坚持理论知识与应用知识相容、知识宽度与知识深度相济的原则,切实进行导师制度、学分制度、考试制度、学期制度等人才培养机制的改革。
