| 摘 要： | 大学行政化的形成有着复杂的历史因素和现实因素,是必须要克服的倾向。大学去行政化有着特定的内涵,必须严格区分两种不同的含义。大学去行政化不是弱化行政,而是要加强、改进行政,实现科学行政,高效行政。
