| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管、贲门癌机械吻合吻合口狭窄的预防。方法2008例食管、贲门癌中男1327例，女681例，23例颈部吻合，1985例胸内吻合。结果发生吻合口狭窄80例，发生率4％。结论熟练应用吻合器可降低吻合口狭窄的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the prevention of steapled anastomosis structure in esophagus and cardia carcinoma. Methods 2008 patients.There were 1327 males and 681 females.The anastomosis was performed in cerval region(23 cases) and intrathoracically(1987cases).Resuts Anastomotic structure occurred in 80 patients(4%).Coclusion Maotery of anastomosis teachigue may reduce the incidence of anastomosis structure. |
