| 摘 要： | 产学研一体化创新创业是实现科技与经济有效结合的重要手段,而专家领衔式团队创业则是产学研一体化创新创业的新模式,也是当前推动科技成果转化的重要形式。在创业实践中,专家领衔式团队创业具有技术领先、人才充足、创业成本低等多种优势。大力推广专家领衔式团队创业,需要健全合作机制、加强政策扶持、搭建创新创业平台和促进资源对接等方面的努力。
