| 摘 要： | 通过对拐买的原因考察，发现在社会结构失衡的情况下，妇女成为商品交易对象并被社会结构左右着，这导致妇女被拐买而非正常性地流动，使法律、政府等控制失效，尤其是，当这些社会结构状态一直维持失衡的情况下，打击拐买行为只能是治标，根本的解决问题仍需从平衡社会结构这一治本开始。

| Abstract: | By the survey of the reasons for the women abduction, we have found under the imbalance circumstances of the social structure,women have become commodities trading partners,which led the women to be abducted without normal flow of them,which makes the law and government control in failure.In particular,when the community state structure has been maintained under the imbalance,the combat of the women abduction could only be temporary,the fundamental solution still balance the social structure from the beginning of this fundamental. |
