| 摘 要： | 社会资本是社会发展必不可少的结构性资源。第三部门产生于社会资本存量提升的需要,是现代社会资本存量提升的主体和现代社会资本的主要载体;社会资本则是第三部门产生和发展的基础。第三部门发展是提升社会资本存量的前提条件,提升社会资本存量是第三部门发展的最终归宿。第三部门与社会资本之间在逻辑上和现实上存在着必然性的联系。

| Abstract: | Social capital is the essential structure resource of social development.The third sector is the need of lifting social capital stock,the subject of lifting modern social capital stock and the main carrier of modern social capital;social capital is the basis on which the third sector comes into being and develops.The development of the third sector is the premise of lifting social capital stock which is the ultimate home for the development of the third sector.There exists an inevitable logical and realistic connection between the third sector and social capital. |
