| 摘 要： | NBA是目前世界上最为成功的职业体育组织,堪称国际职业体育市场开发成功的典范。分析了我国中、小民营企业经济发展过程中人力资源管理方面(录用员工、培训和发展、绩效评估及报酬)存在的问题,并结合NBA人力资源管理方面的成功经验提出了发展对策。
