| 摘 要： | 当前考场混乱状况日益严重、作弊现象大肆泛滥,对公众的伦理道德、社会意识形成巨大冲击,使各行各业公正选人大打折扣。应当设立专门的《考试法》来规范考试、打击作弊,遏制考场乱象;依专门的《考试法》来审理、解决考试纠纷,也将有效提升针对性和适用性。当前应把加快《考试法》立法列为各级人大最紧迫的工作日程;建议出台的《考试法》突破国民教育考试的范畴;要明确把考试中的徇私舞弊定性为犯罪;要重点打击国家机构工作人员的舞弊行为,强力遏制和扫除考场乱象,促进考场风清气正。

| Abstract: | The confusion of exam rooms is becoming serious,and the phenomenon of cheating is overflowing,which has huge impact on public ethics,social consciousness.As a result,it is difficult to choose a candidate fairly.We should use Exam Law to deal with exam disputes to improve its pertinence and applicability.We should accelerate exam legislation as different levels of the people’s Congress’s urgent work schedule.It is suggested that the Exam Law should break through the national education examination category and play favoritism and commit irregularities as crime.We should focus on the state agency staff fraud and clean the confusion of exam room and promote a clear exam room air. |
