| 摘 要： | 根据科技查新机构的上级主管部门和受理科技查新的专业范围,将我国现有的查新机构分为综合性、专业性和高校三大系统,并在对各系统的部分代表性查新机构进行调查的基础上,总结了我国各系统查新机构开展科技查新工作在文献信息资源、信息采集经费、收费、查新人员及查新咨询专家系统等方面存在的优势和劣势。

| Abstract: | According to the higher administrative department and speciality range,the current scientific and technical novelty-checking institutions in China can be divided into 3 systems,that is,the comprehensive system,the special system and the university system. Based on the investigation of partial typical novelty-checking institutions of each system,this article summarizes the superiorities and inferiorities of each system's novelty-checking institutions in providing scientific and technical novelty-checking service. |
