| 摘 要： | 为了解决当前高职院校科技创新中存在的定位不准、能力不强、动力不足等问题,在分析高职院校科技创新能力构成要素的基础上,引入战略协同理论,提出通过校企协同联动提升高职院校科技创新能力的观点,并从完善科技创新体系、健全科技创新制度、优化科技创新环境、强化科技创新管理、培育科技创新精神等方面探讨了具体的对策措施,符合现阶段经济社会发展转型升级对科技创新能力建设的要求。
